1. Fahadh Faasil was born as Abdul Hameed Mohammed Fahadh Fazil on August 8, 1982, in Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
2. He hails from a film-oriented family. His father, Fazil, is a renowned filmmaker, and his mother, Rosina, was a prominent film actress.
3. A brother named Farhaan (who is also an actor) and two sisters named Ahameda and Fatima.
4. Fahadh made his film debut at the age of 20, starring in the leading role in his father’s 2002 romantic film “Kaiyethum Doorath”, which unfortunately faced critical and commercial setbacks.
5. After a gap of seven years, he made a triumphant comeback with the anthology film “Kerala Cafe” (2009), featuring in the short film “Mrityunjayam”.
6. His breakthrough role came in the thriller “Chaappa Kurishu” (2011), where he portrayed the character Arjun. This performance earned him his first Kerala State Film Award for Best Supporting Actor.
