Usire Usire is a Kannada-language romance drama film about a student from a small town who falls in love with a Muslim girl. The story is based on a real incident that took place in Bengaluru many years ago. The hero and heroin both run away to different villages, but the hero later learns that the heroin has heart disease. He tries to save her, but before he dies, he asks to transplant his heart into her.
