The Film is about four criminals who end up in jail after trying to rob a non-resident Indian's (NRI) car. The NRI, Rai Saheb, is a strong believer in Gandhi's principles. He returns to India after a long time and meets four people who have taken the wrong path. Saheb helps them understand the importance of Gandhi's principles and how Gandhian values can bring peace if implemented effectively.
