The Idea of You is a 2024 American romantic comedy film. It is based on the 2017 novel of the same name by Robinne Lee. The movie is about a 40-year-old divorced mom named Solène (Anne Hathaway) who falls in love with the 24-year-old lead singer of the world's hottest boy band, Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine). 

The movie also stars Ella Rubin, Reid Scott, Jordan Aaron Hall, and Jaiden Anthony. It is directed by Michael Showalter and is produced by Robinne Lee, Michael Showalter, and Gabrielle Union. The Idea of You is 1 hour and 55 minutes long and is scheduled to premiere at South by Southwest on March 16, 2024.
