Vijay Raaz is an Indian actor, director, and narrator who has appeared in more than 90 films. He was born in Delhi on June 5, 1963, and studied at P.G.D.A.V. College, where he was part of the dramatic society. He then moved to Mumbai to focus on his film career, making his debut in the 1999 film Bhopal Express. His breakthrough role came when he played the role of Dubeyji in the 2001 film Monsoon Wedding. He also received recognition for his comedic roles in Run (2004) and Dhamaal (2007), and is known for his gangster roles in Delhi Belly (2011) and Dedh Ishqiya. 

Raaz has also appeared in 10 TV shows, including Abhay, Made in Heaven, and Mona Home Delivery, and his upcoming movies include Stree 2.
