Biography

Suraj Venjaramoodu is an Indian actor, comedian, impressionist, and television presenter who works mainly in the Malayalam film industry. He was born on June 30, 1976 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. He has appeared in over 250 films, including Jana Gana Mana (2022), The Great Indian Kitchen (2021), Perariyathavar (2013), and Android Kunjappan Ver 5.25 (2020). He has won a National Film Award and three Kerala State Film Awards, as well as the Asianet Comedy Awards in 2016 and 2017. 

Before becoming an actor, Suraj was a popular comedian and mimicry artist on the Kairali TV comedy show Jagapoka. He has also sung songs such as "Viyyalavaru" and "The Actor". 

Suraj has been married to Supriya Venjaramoodu since 2005 and they have three children: Hridya, Kashinathan, and Vasudev.
