Rubina Dilaik, born on August 26, 1989, is an Indian actress known for her work in Hindi television. She hails from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Rubina’s journey to stardom is marked by talent, determination, and versatility.

In her early days, Rubina won local beauty pageants, including the title of Miss Shimla in 2006. She was also a national-level debate champion during her school years. Her father, a writer, has authored several books in Hindi.

Rubina made her acting debut with Chotti Bahu on Zee TV, where she portrayed Radhika Shastri. Her performance garnered recognition, and she reprised the role in the show’s sequel. She continued to shine in various TV series, including Saas Bina Sasural (where she played Simran “Smiley” Gill) and Punar Vivah - Ek Nayi Umeed (as Divya Jakhotia).

From 2016 to 2020, Rubina portrayed Soumya Singh in Colors TV’s Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. Her portrayal of a transgender character earned her accolades, including awards for Best Personality and Best Actress. She returned to the series in March 2021.

Rubina’s career reached new heights when she participated in Bigg Boss 14, emerging as the winner. She also showcased her adventurous side in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 and displayed her dancing skills in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 in 2022.

In 2022, Rubina made her Hindi film debut with Palash Muchhal’s Ardh. Her journey from beauty pageants to television stardom is truly inspiring, and she continues to captivate audiences with her talent and charisma.
