Ritu Varma is an Indian actress who works in Tamil and Telugu films. She is best known for her roles in the short film Anukokunda and the movie Pelli Choopulu. For Pelli Choopulu, she received the Nandi Award for Best Actress and the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress – South. She has also appeared in the TV shows Modern Love Chennai and Modern Love Hyderabad. 

Varma was born on March 10, 1990 in Hyderabad, Telangana. She attended Malla Reddy Engineering College and Villa Marie Degree College. She finished as the first runner-up in the Dabur Gulabari Miss Rose Glow Pageant. 

Varma has also appeared in the following movies Varudu Kaavalenu, Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal, Dhruva Nakshathram, Aakasam, Kanam,  and Mark Antony.
