Raj Babbar, born on June 23, 1952, is an Indian Hindi and Punjabi film actor and politician. He has made significant contributions to Indian cinema and has been actively involved in politics. Notably, he gained notoriety for his portrayal of a rapist in the movie “Insaf Ka Tarazu”, where he assaulted the heroine Zeenat Aman and later her sister.
