Praveen Tej is an Indian actor who works in Kannada film and television. He was born on December 3, 1984 in North Karnataka. He moved to Bangalore to pursue acting and martial arts classes. He is known for his roles in Jolly Days, Simpallag Innondh Love Story, and Mundina Nildana.

Tej's upcoming films include: O2 (2024), BMWActor (2023), and Hondisi Bareyiri (2019). 

Some of his other films include: Striker (2018), Kuchiku Kuchiku, Heegondu Dina, and Churikatte. 

Tej has also appeared in the television show Radha Kalyana.
