Pranali Rathod is an Indian actress and model who works in Hindi television and film. She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on October 15, 1999. She studied at R. D. National & W. A. Science College and graduated with an engineering degree. She then became interested in modeling and has appeared in fashion shows. 

Rathod is best known for her role as Akshara Goenka in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (2009). She has also appeared in Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye (2021), Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki (2019), and Barrister Babu.
