Nitya Mathur, an Indian actress, writer, and theatre artist, has made her mark in the entertainment industry. Fond of acting since childhood, she began her journey as a theatre artist during her school days. Nitya participated in various theatrical productions while pursuing her undergraduate degree at Sophia College, Mumbai. 

She was an active member of the Sophia College English Dramatics Association (SCEDA), where she honed her acting skills. In 2022, Nitya made her film debut in the Hindi-language movie “Blurr,” portraying the character Ira. Her digital debut followed in Netflix’s series “The Fame Game” (2022), where she played the role of young Ayah. However, it was her performance as Shazia in the Disney+ Hotstar series “Taaza Khabar” (2023) that garnered widespread recognition12. Nitya’s passion for acting and dedication to her craft continue to shine through her work, making her a rising star in the industry.
