Nithya Menen is an Indian actress and playback singer who has worked in more than 50 films in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. She has won several awards, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu for Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde in 2014 and the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress – Tamil for Mersal in 2018. 

Menen was born on April 8, 1988 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She attended Manipal University, Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, the Film and Television Institute of India, and the Manipal Institute of Communication. She has released 16 albums, including 24, Aidhu Ondla Aidu, and Mynaa. Some of her other notable film credits include OK Kanmani, Kotigobba 2, Janatha Garage, NTR: Kathanayakudu, and Mission Mangal.
