1. Nithin was born on October 18, 1983 in Nizamabad, Telangana.

2. His father, N. Sudhakar Reddy, is a film producer who has produced two movies with Nithin, Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde (2013) and Chinnadana Nee Kosam.

3. Nithin has an older sister named Nikitha Reddy.

4. Nithin attended Geetanjali School, Begumpet, Ratna Junior College, and Shadan College of Engineering and Technology, Gandipet.

5. Nithin made his acting debut in the 2002 romantic action film Jayam, for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South and CineMAA Awards Best Male Debut.
