N.T. Rama Rao Jr., also known as Tarak or Jr. NTR, is an Indian actor, dancer, and television presenter who works in Telugu films. He was born Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao on May 20, 1983 in Hyderabad, India. He has been active since 1991, first as a child artist, and then from 2001 to the present. He has won two Filmfare Awards, two state Nandi Awards, and four CineMAA Awards. He has also been featured in Forbes India's Celebrity 100 list since 2012. 

Rao is known for his action star persona and ability to deliver lengthy monologues in Telugu. He has appeared in more than 60 movies, including Brahmarshi Viswamitra (1991), Ramayanam (1997), Ninnu Choodalani (2001), Aadi (2002), RRR (2022), Daler Mehndi & Anjana Soumya: Reddy Ikkada Soodu (2018), Aravindha Sametha (2018), Veera Raghava Reddy (2018), and Jai Lava Kusa (2018). He has also sung songs such as Nee Selvadigi and Apple Beauty. 

Rao has been married to Lakshmi Pranathi since 2011. He speaks Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, English, French, and German.
