Monika Panwar is an actress from Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India, born on December 4, 1993. She has appeared in several projects, including Super 30 (2019), Class of '83 (2020), Mast Mein Rehne Ka (2023), Choona, and Dukaan. She is currently receiving praise for her role as Gudiya in the second season of Jamtara. 

Panwar has said that training at the National School of Drama has prepared her for the industry. She also believes that getting strong roles early in her career is important for a secure future.
