Biography

Lara Dutta Bhupathi is an Indian actress and producer who won the Miss Universe 2000 pageant. She is 5' 71⁄4" (1.71 m) tall and was born on April 16, 1978 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has appeared in 54 movies, including Andaaz, Partner, and Bhagam Bhag. She has also hosted several film award shows, including the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, Filmfare Awards, and Zee Cine Awards. 

Dutta is an advocate for reproductive health education, and was appointed as the "UN Population Fund Goodwill Ambassador" in 2001. She has also released songs such as "I Don't Know What to Do", "Dil Dil", and "Let's Boogie Woogie". 

Dutta has been married to Mahesh Bhupathi since February 16, 2011, and they have a daughter named Saira Bhupathi.
