Kriti Sanon is an Indian actress and producer who works in Hindi and Telugu films. She was born on July 27, 1990 in New Delhi. She started her career as a model after graduating from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology with an engineering degree. Sanon made her acting debut in the 2014 Telugu psychological thriller 1 Nenokkadine. Her first Bollywood film was Heropanti, for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. In 2023, she won the National Film Award for Best Actress for Mimi and the Filmfare Award for Best Actress for the same film in 2022.
