Karisma Kapoor is an Indian actress who works mainly in Hindi films. She was born on June 25, 1974 in Mumbai to actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita, and is the older sister of actress Kareena Kapoor. Kapoor is 1.63 m tall and has green eyes. 

Kapoor made her acting debut in 1991 at the age of 17 in the romantic drama Prem Qaidi. She has played leading roles in many films, including:Jigar (1992),Anari (1993),Raja Babu (1994),Coolie No. 1 (1995),Saajan Chale Sasural (1996),Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge (2000) 

Kapoor has also appeared in movies such as Dangerous Ishq (2012) and Raja Hindustani. She has won a National Film Award and four Filmfare Awards. Kapoor's songs include "Naina Re", "Tu Hi Rab Tu Hi Dua", and "Ishq Mein Ruswaa". 

Kapoor was married to Sanjay Kapur from 2003 to 2016 and they have two children.
