Harisree Ashokan is a celebrated Indian actor and director, renowned for his comedic roles in Malayalam cinema. Born on April 6, 1964, in Kochi, Kerala, he began his artistic journey as a mimicry artist with the troupe Harisree, which later became part of his stage name. He transitioned to Kalabhavan, a renowned mimicry and performing arts institute, where he further honed his skills.

Ashokan made his film debut in Pappan Priyappetta Pappan (1986) and gained recognition with his role in Parvathy Parinayam (1994). Over the years, he has appeared in more than 200 films, showcasing his impeccable comedic timing and versatility.
