Disha Patani is an Indian actress who has appeared in 23 Hindi films. She was born on June 13, 1992 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She is 1.72 meters tall. Her parents are Jagdish Singh Patani and Padma Patani, and her older sister is Khushboo Patani, a lieutenant in the Indian Army. Patani is a Rajput Hindu. 

Patani's acting debut was in the 2015 Telugu film Loafer. Her first Hindi film was the 2016 biopic *M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story*, for which she won the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Female. She has also starred in the Chinese action comedy Kung Fu Yoga (2017), the Hindi action movies Baaghi 2 (2018) and Bharat (2019), and Yodha. Her upcoming movies include Kalki 2898 AD and Welcome to the Jungle.
