Darshan Jariwala
Biography
Darshan Jariwala is an Indian actor who has worked in Hindi films, television, and stage. He was born in Bombay on September 29, 1958 to veteran Gujarati actress Leela Jariwala and Vidyasagar Jariwala. He has been married to Apara Mehta since 1980 and they have one child.
Jariwala is known for his roles in Gandhi, My Father (2007), Million Dollar Arm (2014), and Kahaani (2012). He won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Mohandas Gandhi in Gandhi, My Father. He has also appeared in Halla Bol (2008), Loins of Punjab Presents (2007), Aap Kaa Surroor, Adaalat, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, and Saas Bina Sasural.
Jariwala is also a seasoned Gujarati theater artist who owns a theater production company called Leela Productions.
