Daniel Caltagirone
Biography
Daniel Caltagirone is an English actor known for his roles in The Beach, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, and The Pianist. He was born on June 18, 1972 in St Pancras, London, England. His breakthrough role was in the television series Lock Stock, where he played series lead Moon. He has also appeared in The Four Feathers (2002), Legionnaire, Eliminators, and Outpost: Black Sun.
Caltagirone has two children with his ex-wife Melanie Sykes, Roman and Valentino Luca. He has been in several other films, including Silent Witness (2010), The Tudors (2010), Time Machine: Rise of the Morlocks (2012), Medici (2016), Britannia (2017–2019), Ransom (2019), 1944: Should We Bomb Auschwitz? (2020), Death in Paradise (2020), Agatha and the Midnight Murders (2021), and Domina (2021).
Caltagirone's upcoming movies include Thangalaan, which is also being released in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam.
