Ashutosh Rana is an Indian actor, producer, author, and television personality. He has worked in more than 60 films, including Sangharsh, Dushman, and Tiger 3, and in 26 TV shows, including Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, Aranyak, and Great Indian Murder. He is known for his portrayal of negative roles. 

Rana was born on November 10, 1967. He started his career with the television serial Swabhimaan and has also appeared in Farz, Saazish, Kabhi Kabhi, and Waris. His first film role was in Dushman, where he played a psychopath killer. Other films he has appeared in include Raaz, Haasil, Kasoor, LOC, Ab ke baras, and Gunaah. 

Rana has also written two books, Maun Muskaan Ki Maar (Paperback) and Ramrajya (Hardback). 

Rana has been married to actress Renuka Shahane since 2001, and they have two sons, Shouryaman and Satyendra.
