Biography

Chakrapani Ananda was born in Gaddamvari Yadavalli village in Nalgonda district of Telangana State. His family later migrated to Kondrapole village in Dameracherla mandal near Miryalaguda. Before venturing into acting, he worked in Advertising Agencies as a visualizer and copywriter. His cinematic debut was in the critically acclaimed 1988 film “Daasi” directed by B. Narsing Rao. Although the role in “Daasi” didn’t lead to an immediate breakthrough, he persisted. In 2019, he played the role of Chintakindi Mallesham’s father in the film “Mallesham,” which garnered him recognition. Since then, he has appeared in several other films, including “Vakeel Saab,” a Telugu remake of “Pink,” and “Love Story,” directed by Sekhar Kammula. Ananda Chakrapani continues to prove himself as a versatile actor, leaving a lasting impact on the Telugu film industry
