Alaya F, whose real name is Aalia Furniturewala, is an Indian actress who appears in Hindi films. She was born on November 28, 1997 and is the daughter of Bollywood actress and TV host Pooja Bedi. She made her acting debut in 2020 in the comedy Jawaani Jaaneman, for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. She has also appeared in the films Freddy and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.

F has also appeared in Goldie Sohel's 2021 music video for "Aaj Sajeya", as well as commercials and print advertisements for brands like Lenskart and Nykaa. In 2020, The Times of India ranked her 42nd on its Most Desirable Women List. In 2022, she was the face of Nykaa's "A Million Nakhras" campaign. 

F has a graduate course from the New York Film Academy and has also taken acting workshops by Ritesh Kant and Abhishekk Pandey.
