    ESDS Software Solutions

    ESDS Software Solutions reported a 14% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹29.3 crore in the first quarter, compared with ₹25.7 crore in the corresponding period last year.     Purple Style Labs

    Purple Style Labs reported a narrowing of its consolidated loss to ₹88.1 crore in Q1, compared with a loss of ₹100.3 crore a year earlier.     Axiom Gas Engineering

    Dr Lal PathLabs

    Dr Lal PathLabs has received board approval to acquire a 70% stake in SN Genelab from existing shareholders for up to ₹168 crore. Following completion, SN Genelab will become a subsidiary of Dr Lal PathLabs. The transaction is expected to be completed by November 30, 2026.

    LCC Projects

    LCC Projects has emerged as the L-1 bidder for the Chhoti Kalisindh Medium Irrigation Project in Rajasthan. The project, involving a sprinkler-based irrigation system powered by solar energy, has an estimated value of ₹653.34 crore.

    Waaree Energies

    Waaree Energies is in focus after its subsidiary, Waaree Clean Energy Solutions, announced its entry into India’s specialty gases business. The company plans to target semiconductor and solar-cell manufacturers, potentially expanding its presence beyond its core renewable-energy operations. Waaree Energies had also recently secured a 2 GW solar module supply order for FY27 and FY28.

    Inox Green Energy Services

    Inox Green Energy Services opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) on September 24, with a floor price of ₹174.36 per share. The company may offer investors a discount of up to 5% on the floor price.
