The Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2026 is bringing attractive discounts on smartphones, making it a good opportunity for buyers looking to upgrade to a 5G device without spending too much. The sale opens for all shoppers on October 9, while eligible Flipkart Plus, Black and select card users get early access from October 8. Select bank cards can also provide additional discounts.
For budget-conscious buyers, the biggest attraction is the growing number of 5G smartphones available around the ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 price points.
Best 5G Phones Under ₹10,000
One of the phones worth watching during the sale is the Moto G35 5G. The smartphone has previously been available around ₹9,999 and offers a 6.72-inch Full HD+ 120Hz display, 5,000mAh battery, 50MP primary camera and Unisoc T760 chipset. Current Flipkart listings, however, show the price can vary by variant and offer, so buyers should check the final checkout price before purchasing.
Other entry-level 5G models can also become attractive if additional bank or exchange discounts bring their effective price below ₹10,000. The key advantage at this budget is that buyers no longer have to compromise completely on high-refresh-rate displays, large batteries or 5G connectivity.
Best 5G Phones Under ₹15,000
Moving up to ₹15,000 gives shoppers considerably more choice. The Samsung Galaxy F16 5G is currently listed on Flipkart at around ₹13,999, with a Full HD+ display, Dimensity 6300 processor, 50MP triple-camera setup and 5,000mAh battery.
The Ai+ Nova 2 5G is another option in this segment. Flipkart’s current listing shows it around ₹14,499, while the phone features 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, a 6,000mAh battery and a T8200 processor.
The vivo T4 Lite 5G is also worth considering for buyers prioritising battery life. Flipkart currently lists the 4GB/128GB version with a 6,000mAh battery and Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, although the displayed price can vary substantially depending on sale and offers.
How to Get the Best Deal
During the Flipkart sale, shoppers should compare the listed sale price, bank discount, exchange value and coupon offers rather than focusing only on the advertised price. Some deals may become considerably cheaper after combining eligible offers.
For buyers with a strict ₹10,000 budget, the Moto G35 5G is worth watching when its effective price falls below that mark. Those with a ₹15,000 budget can consider models such as the Galaxy F16 5G, Ai+ Nova 2 5G and vivo T4 Lite 5G.
With 5G connectivity now available across multiple affordable devices, the 2026 Flipkart sale could be a particularly good opportunity to get a capable smartphone without moving into the expensive mid-range segment. Prices and stock can change during the sale, so buyers should verify the final deal before placing an order
