Actress Vidya Balan is being discussed online after an account circulated claiming that she once faced an uncomfortable meeting request from a film director in Chennai. According to the account, the director wanted to speak inside a hotel room, while Balan initially suggested meeting in a coffee shop.
What the circulating account claims
The account says Balan went to the hotel room but kept the door open. The director allegedly left within a few minutes, and she later learned she would no longer be part of the film. The story frames her decision as a way of maintaining a boundary and protecting her safety.
