10-Year-Old Abhinav Arora Files Complaint Against YouTubers in Mathura Court

Ten-year-old Abhinav Arora has taken a bold step by filing a complaint against seven YouTubers in Mathura court for trolling and threatening him on social media. Accompanied by his parents, Abhinav approached the court of ACJM First of Mathura to seek legal action against the individuals responsible for harassing him. This move highlights the severe impact of online bullying on young individuals.

The complaint was lodged after Abhinav and his family faced immense stress and mental harassment due to the malicious videos uploaded by the YouTubers. These videos mocked Abhinav's religious beliefs and devotion to Lord Krishna, causing significant emotional suffering. The family's decision to approach the court came after their initial complaint to the Mathura Police did not yield any action, prompting them to seek judicial intervention.

Abhinav expressed his distress over the situation, stating, "I did not want to file the case, but they (YouTubers) forced me to do so." He explained that the threats and abuse were affecting not only him but also his parents. The court has sought an action-taken report from the police, with the next hearing scheduled for November 6. This case underscores the urgent need for stricter measures against online harassment and cyberbullying, especially for young individuals.

The incident has sparked discussions about the responsibility of social media platforms in curbing harassment and protecting vulnerable users. Abhinav's courage in standing up against his tormentors has been widely praised, and many are hopeful that justice will be served. This case serves as a reminder of the importance of online safety and the need for collective efforts to ensure a safer digital environment for everyone.
