YouTube sensation MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, is currently in India, sparking speculation about a high-profile crossover with the upcoming Bollywood epic Ramayana. The global content creator was recently spotted visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra with his wife and team, and reports suggest that his India trip could be connected to a special promotional interaction for Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited Ramayana.
According to multiple reports, MrBeast is expected to interact with Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra as part of a special showcase scheduled for September 26. Ravie Dubey is also reportedly expected to participate in the interaction. However, as of now, the Ramayana team has not publicly confirmed all details of the reported event.
MrBeast’s India Visit Creates Buzz
MrBeast’s presence in India has generated considerable attention among fans, particularly because of his enormous international digital following. His visit to the Taj Mahal quickly became a talking point on social media, with speculation growing that the YouTube star could collaborate with the team behind one of India’s biggest upcoming cinematic projects.
If the reported interaction goes ahead, it would bring together two very different entertainment worlds: India’s mythology-driven cinema and global digital content. Such a collaboration could also introduce Ramayana to audiences who may not traditionally follow Indian film promotions.
Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi Lead the Epic
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayana: Part 1 stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita, with Yash portraying Ravana. The film also features Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshmana, among other members of its large ensemble cast.
The movie’s promotional campaign has already included major events and global outreach. The makers unveiled a new motion poster featuring Ranbir and Sai Pallavi on September 14, further building anticipation for the film’s theatrical release.
‘Ramayana’ Release Date
Ramayana: Part 1 is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 6, 2026, during the Diwali period. The project is planned as a two-part cinematic adaptation, with the second instalment expected to follow in 2027.
A reported MrBeast interaction could add another international dimension to the film’s promotional campaign. For now, fans will have to wait for an official announcement from the filmmakers regarding the event and what the collaboration may involve.
