A 19-year-old student from Dighwara, Bihar, has attracted attention after achieving a remarkable milestone in the popular mobile game Candy Crush Saga. The teenager reportedly reached Level 22,222 on July 5, 2026, earning recognition from the International Book of Records for achieving the highest level by a teenager.
The achievement has generated considerable interest among gaming enthusiasts and social media users, with many praising the student’s extraordinary dedication and perseverance.
Student Reaches Level 22,222
The young gamer, who is pursuing his studies at a Government Engineering College in Siwan, reached the landmark level after spending considerable time playing Candy Crush Saga.
Reaching Level 22,222 is particularly notable because Candy Crush is known for its progressively challenging levels. Players have to complete different objectives, overcome obstacles and strategically combine candies to progress through the game.
Rather than stopping after reaching the record level, the Bihar student continued playing. According to the information available, he subsequently crossed Level 23,000 on the official Candy Crush platform, taking his achievement even further.
Recognition From International Book of Records
The student’s accomplishment received recognition from the International Book of Records, which reportedly acknowledged his achievement as the highest level reached by a teenager.
The recognition has added another dimension to what began as a personal gaming achievement. His accomplishment has also drawn attention to the growing popularity of mobile gaming among young people.
For many fans, the story represents an unusual example of how persistence and dedication can produce remarkable results, even in recreational activities.
Pride for Bihar
The achievement has been welcomed by people who see it as a unique accomplishment from a young person in Bihar. Social media reactions have included messages celebrating the student’s dedication, along with humorous comments about the amount of time required to complete such an extensive gaming journey.
The story has also prompted lighthearted discussions about gaming marathons and the extraordinary patience required to progress through thousands of levels.
Gaming and Screen-Time Debate
While the achievement has received praise, it also comes amid continuing discussions about screen time among young people. Mobile games can provide entertainment and opportunities for problem-solving, but excessive gaming can potentially interfere with education, sleep, physical activity and social life.
The Bihar student’s achievement therefore presents an interesting contrast: an extraordinary demonstration of persistence in gaming alongside the broader conversation about maintaining a healthy balance between digital entertainment and everyday responsibilities.
For now, his journey from Dighwara to more than 23,000 Candy Crush levels has become an unusual youth achievement and a source of pride and amusement for many online.
