Prajwal Revanna is an Indian politician and the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) from the Hassan Constituency in the 17th Lok Sabha. Born on August 5, 1990, he is the grandson of former Prime Minister H. D. Deve Gowda and the son of H. D. Revanna, a legislator and former Minister for Public Works Department in Karnataka. Prajwal graduated in mechanical engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology in 2014 and later became actively involved in politics.

However, he has recently been embroiled in a controversy related to alleged sexual harassment and an obscene video scandal. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed by the Karnataka government to probe these allegations against him. Amidst the ongoing scandal, Prajwal Revanna has reportedly left the country.
