Here’s how to prepare Belluli Kabab (Garlic Chicken Kabab):
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken
- 75g garlic cloves
- 30g ginger
- 3 sprigs of curry leaves
- 10 green chilies
- 2-inch cinnamon
Marination:
- Grind the garlic and ginger into a paste.
- Mix the chicken pieces with the garlic-ginger paste, curry leaves, green chilies, and cinnamon.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Cooking:
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.
- Grill or roast them until cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve:
Serve hot with mint chutney or lemon wedges.
